Kitra Industries was formally named as Metal Crafts was established on 15th August 1963 at Surat (Gujarat-INDIA).

Metal Crafts was making textile spools (bobbins).

At early 60s textile spools was made from wood ware. There was no Indian manufacturer of textile spools. So, it was imported from Japan.

Kitra Industries (Metal Crafts) has full fill the market demand for spool and done a key role for developing textile industries. Today, we are making various types of plastic and aluminum made textile spools (bobbins) and other spare parts for textile Industries.

Kitra Industries started making aluminum die-cast rotors for electric motor manufacturing companies from 1980. Again we had fulfilled the local market requirement for pressure die-casting rotors.

Our journey to successes still not over. In 1992 we had started our new venture named Perfect Die-Cast in Ahmedabad for die-casting rotors for electric motor manufacturing companies. In couple of years, we became one of the leading companies in manufacturing quality rotors. Today, we are still giving our quality service to motor manufacturers.

Kitra is still going ahead exploring new markets, for years of technical efforts Today, we proud that Kitra Industries is a Asia’s first and only company making Die-Cast Copper rotors.
