Customized Shaft Solutions
Depending on the application, shafts can be sourced in different steel grades, such as EN8, EN19, stainless steel and other customer-specified materials. Our approved vendors manufacture the shafts to the required dimensional accuracy, concentricity, runout, hardness and surface-finish requirements.
Rotor Assembly & Finishing
The shaft is accurately inserted into the rotor using suitable interference-fit or shrink-fit processes. The assembled rotor can then undergo the required machining, grinding, keyway and other finishing operations through our vendor network.
Dynamic Balancing & Final Assembly
We can also arrange precision dynamic balancing of the complete rotor assembly as per the customer's specified balancing requirements. This ensures that the finished assembly is suitable for smooth and reliable motor operation.
