We can die cast Copper Rotors upto 250mm in diameter and maximum core length upto 270mm, soon we are going to expand in much higher ranges.
Our current production capacity is 100 to 400 Rotors per day, depends on the size of rotor.

We have inhouse facilities to design and develop new prototype tools of die cast copper rotors for any application.

We have state of art In-House tool room for making new tooling, Dies, Segments, Fixtures, Gauges etc.
